DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
No, you are not required to set up a 6Forest account to make a purchase.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
6Forest.com is a fully transactional e-commerce platform. Unless marked as “Sold Out,” all items on the site are for sale and available to purchase directly. To make a purchase, visit the description page for the item you wish to buy and click “Add to Cart”. You can access your cart at any time by clicking the “Cart link”, located in the site header. From the cart page, you can continue the checkout process by selecting your preferred payment method (credit card or PayPal). You can buy in ETH and USDC.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Of course! You can cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, your item may have already been sent and you will need to follow the instructions for returning the order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. However, some items may be processed faster, while others might take more time, particularly if they require special packaging or handling.

 

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES 6FOREST SHIP TO?
All orders are dispatched from SPAIN and we ship them worldwide. Shipping prices can vary depending on destination.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Packages must be accepted and signed for upon delivery.
Additional charges such as customs duties, taxes and/or any other fees payable in the destination country will be paid by the purchaser in that country.

 

HOW IS MY ARTWORK PACKED FOR SHIPPING?
All our products are professionally packaged to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED?
Although customs has the autonomy to hold indefinitely whatever it deems and 6Forest cannot estimate how long it will take customs to release it. If your order has not arrived after 25 days, please contact us at order@6forest.com, we will try to find a solution to make your shopping experience satisfactory.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED SCULPTURE?
Email us as soon as possible (within 5 days of receiving the sculpture) at order@6forest.com, including a full description and photographs of the damage. If damage is not reported within the first 5 days, we will not be able to replace your item.

 

CAN I RETURN THE SCULPTURE I’VE RECEIVED?
If you’re not happy with the sculpture received, you can contact us within 15 days of receiving the toy for a full refund. Email us at info@6forest.com and we will reply with full instructions.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT NOTE?
At the moment we do not offer gift notes but we are working on this for the future.

 

HOW ARE ARTWORKS AUTHENTICATED?
All 6Forest Editions are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

 

WHAT IS A LIMITED EDITION ARTWORK?
Limited edition artworks are produced at one time, by the artist, and with a limited number. No additional artworks are ever produced beyond the specified edition number.

 

ARE THOSE SCULPTURES FOR KIDS ?
No, these sculptures are not intended for kids. Their purpose is only for decoration and collection.
